Parking

All vehicles must be registered with HIGHPOINT and must display a parking permit hanger in the vehicle window at all times. License plate numbers and proof of registration must be submitted to the office. Unregistered cars parked in tenant parking areas are subject to municipal tickets and towing of said vehicle – at owner’s expense.

Please note that parking permit hang tag coincides with the lease period therefore tenants who re-sign with HIGHPOINT for another lease term must come in on the first day of their new lease to validate their vehicle and receive a new hang tag.
