The following are considered emergency requests:

  1. No heat, water or power in your unit
  2. Large leak, flood, or sewage issue
  3. Lock out or lock problem
  4. Leaking roof/ceiling

For after hours emergency repairs, please call (613) 547-3035.

For all other requests during office hours, please call (613) 547-3030 or fill out the Maintenance Request Form below.

I acknowledge that by submitting a maintenance request I desire that the said repairs and maintenance be attended to as soon as possible from the date of this request, and for such purpose, I give permission to HIGHPOINT staff and/or authorized external contractors to enter the rental unit during reasonable daylight hours (8am to 8pm) in order to effect repairs.

This acknowledgement shall operate as my consent at the time of entry for HIGHPOINT Staff and/or appropriate contractors to enter the rental unit in order to effect such repairs notwithstanding my absence from the rental unit at the time of such entry and at the time that such repairs are made.
